Max
General manager and owner, Justin Max, founded MaxAir Heating & Cooling on a simple service philosophy: to do the job right the first time and always be fair and responsive to customers. A native Tennessean, Justin was born and raised in Millington. He spent much of his childhood playing in his father’s car lot, where he discovered a passion for figuring out how things work. Justin loved taking things apart and putting them back together and later found that a career in the HVAC industry fits perfectly with what he loved doing.
